Connect Traqer to ChatGPT

Connect Traqer and ask ChatGPT about your brands. For example:

• "How has our AI visibility changed in the last 30 days?"

• "Which competitors are gaining on us?"

• "Which sites get cited when we're mentioned?"

Before You Start

You need a Traqer paid plan and a ChatGPT account. Trial accounts can't connect.

Connect Traqer

1. In ChatGPT, open Plugins, click Add and add a custom MCP server.

2. Enter Traqer as the name and https://mcp.traqer.ai/mcp as the connection URL. Keep authentication set to OAuth.

3. Tick I understand and want to continue and click Create.

4. Click Connect Traqer, sign in to Traqer and click Authorize.

Ask a Question

Start a new chat and name the brand and time period. For example: "Using Traqer, how did Acme do last month?"

What ChatGPT Can Access

• It can read your Traqer data but can't change anything.

• It only sees the brands you can see in Traqer.

• Traqer never sees your chats.

• Some questions, like a citation scan, count toward your Traqer limits.

Disconnect

In ChatGPT, open Plugins, choose Traqer and remove it. Access ends within an hour. To end it right away, email support@traqer.ai.

Troubleshooting

• "A paid plan is required." Upgrade your plan, then connect again.

• ChatGPT can't find a brand. Ask your admin for access to it. → Read more: Managing Users

• The connection stopped working. Remove Traqer in ChatGPT and add it again.
