Managing Users
Invite team members, assign roles, and control brand access.
Go to User Access to invite your team and clients. Every Traqer plan includes unlimited users.
Roles
Viewer: sees only the brands you give them. Can view, export and share, but can't make changes.
Contributor: sees only the brands you give them. Can edit topics, prompts, competitors and brand settings.
Team Member: sees all brands, including new ones. Can do everything a Contributor can, plus add, pause and delete brands, and manage Team Members, Contributors and Viewers.
Admin: sees all brands. Full access, including billing and managing Admins.
Inviting Someone
In User Access, click Invite User.
Enter their email, choose a role and, for Contributors and Viewers, the brands they should see.
Click Send Invite. They join with one click from the email.
The invite link works for 24 hours. If it expires, click Resend Invitation next to their name.
Inviting Clients
Invite a client as a Viewer or Contributor on their own brand only. They won't see your other brands, your team or your billing. If they already use Traqer, they keep their own account.
Changing or Removing Someone
Click Edit next to their name to change their role or brands, or Remove to take away their access straight away. Brands they created stay on your account.
