Connect Traqer to Claude
Ask Claude about your Traqer data in plain language.
Once Traqer is connected, Claude can answer questions about your brands using your Traqer data. For example:
"How has my brand's AI visibility changed over the last 30 days?"
"Which competitors are gaining on us, and in which topics?"
"Which sources do AI engines cite when they mention us?"
"Show the full ChatGPT answer for my top prompt."
"Were there any Google ranking updates this month?"
Before You Start
You'll need:
A Traqer account on a paid plan. Trial accounts can't connect.
At least one brand being tracked in Traqer.
A Claude account.
If you use Claude through your company on a Team or Enterprise plan, your Claude admin may need to add the Traqer connector first.
Connecting Traqer
Step 1: Add Traqer in Claude
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
If Traqer is listed in Claude's connector directory, choose it and click Connect.
If it isn't listed, click Add custom connector. Enter Traqer as the name and
https://mcp.traqer.ai/mcpas the URL, then click Add and Connect.
Step 2: Sign In to Traqer
A Traqer sign-in page opens. Sign in with the email and password you use for Traqer. If you're already signed in to Traqer in that browser, this step is skipped.
Step 3: Authorize
Traqer shows what Claude will be able to do: read your brands, AI visibility scores, topics, prompts, competitors and citations. It can't change or delete anything.
Click Authorize. You'll be sent back to Claude, and Traqer will show as connected.
Asking Claude About Your Data
Start a new chat and ask a question about your brand. Claude uses Traqer when your question needs it. You can also mention Traqer by name, for example "Using Traqer, compare us with our competitors."
Our recommendation: name the brand and the time period in your question. If you track several brands, Claude needs to know which one you mean.
What Claude Can See
Read-only access. Claude can read your Traqer data. It can't add, edit or delete brands, topics, prompts or settings.
The same brands you can see. Claude follows your Traqer role and brand access. If you're a Viewer on two brands, Claude sees those two brands.
Your conversations stay in Claude. Traqer only receives the details of each request Claude sends, such as a brand, topic or date range. It never sees your chat history or files.
Usage limits still apply. Some requests, such as a citation scan, start a new analysis and count toward the same limits as in Traqer.

Disconnecting Traqer
In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, choose Traqer and click Disconnect. Claude can't renew its access after that, and any remaining access ends within an hour. To cut off access straight away, email support@traqer.ai.
